A person who claims to have won the Feb. 12 Lotto Texas jackpot of $5-million with the winning numbers 01--18--20--21--52--54 telephoned the Texas Lottery Commission (TLC) late Tuesday afternoon, according to TLC spokeswoman Sylvia Womble-Saenz of Austin.

"We can't confirm anything," Ms. Womble-Saenz said. "Somebody called and that individual is seeking legal and financial advice." She did not disclose the origin of the call or the caller's name.

The Feb. 12 winning lottery ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven Convenience Store at Andrews Highway and Midland Drive in Midland.
